DAVE BUNNELL, The Steam Whisperer

A Chicago native, Dave's been installing and repairing residential and commercial steam heating systems for over 20 years. He earned a professional degree in architecture and has completed master's coursework in city and regional planning at the prestigious Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) - Chicago.

While at IIT, he also received extensive training in structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.

Prior to his time at IIT, Dave helped maintain rental properties in Chicago, bringing extensive hands-on property management experience to his steam heating work.
